PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING DISCLOSURE TEXT

a) Data Controller and Representative

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK Law”), your personal data may be processed by Maksimum Makine Model Kalıp San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., as the data controller, within the scope described below.

As the Data Controller, we would like to state that your personal information provided to Maksimum Makine may be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed/transferred to third parties, classified, and processed in the ways specified in the KVKK, based on the conditions and limitations described below. Detailed explanations on these elements can be found below.

b) Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The collected personal data will be processed within the scope of the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law, for the following purposes: ensuring the legal and commercial security of Maksimum Makine and individuals related to Maksimum Makine; implementing Maksimum Makine’s human resources policies; and determining and implementing Maksimum Makine’s commercial and business strategies.

c) Transfer of Processed Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals within the scope of the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK Law, for the purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of Maksimum Makine and individuals related to Maksimum Makine, implementing human resources policies, and determining and implementing commercial and business strategies.

ç) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by Maksimum Makine through various channels and based on different legal grounds to conduct our activities. Personal data collected for this legal reason may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (b) and (c) of this Disclosure Text, within the scope of the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law.

d) Rights of the Data Subject Under Article 11 of the KVKK Law

As data subjects, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether personal data is being processed,

  • To request information if personal data has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used for its intended purpose,

  • To know third parties, whether domestic or foreign, to whom personal data has been transferred,

  • To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request that the correction be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

  • To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, and to request notification of this process to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

  • To object to the occurrence of a result against oneself due to the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,

  • To request compensation for damages in case of suffering losses due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You must submit your request to exercise these rights in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. As the Authority has not yet specified any methods, you are required to submit your request in writing to Maksimum Makine in accordance with the mandatory provision of the KVK Law. The methods and channels for submitting requests in writing to Maksimum Makine under Article 11 of the KVKK Law are explained below.

To exercise the above rights, you may send your request with the necessary identification information and explanations regarding the right you wish to use, indicating which right you are exercising under Article 11 of the KVKK Law, to the address Çalı Org. San. Bölgesi Karaali Mh. Beyaz Cad. No : 8 Nilüfer / BURSA by registered mail with return receipt requested or to the email address maximum@maksimummakine.com with a delivery confirmation.
